The Five-Minute Beauty Regimen

Instant Every Day Beauty Tips

With hectic schedules and multiple-roles women feel pressed for time. Even for some basic makeup when you are on the go. However, you can do with some get-set-go beauty tips not just for the morning but also anytime during the day. Touch up your face and perk up your spirits and personality. It is a good break from the ever-hectic life.

For instance, a concealing stick or a bit of powder is a sure shot solution for dark spots and blemishes. It does not't take long to apply, especially if you are working on specific areas only. Just make sure you use a product that closely matches your natural skin color. If you have red eyes, use Visine drops that can be used with contact lenses as well.

There is no reason to hide your eyes with a ton of eye shadow and mascara. Simply choose a color that complements your outfit and only apply one layer of mascara. If you don't even have time for the eye shadow, a quick mascara application will bring out your eyes just enough.

Lipgloss gives a soft look to lips, without fading noticeably or smearing like lipstick can do. Plus, you can reapply without a mirror if you need to. This is a great way to accent your lips in a more natural way, and to help you feel better about yourself. Use flavored gloss for a more fun and flirty look and feel.

Hair is one of those things that just takes a little longer to do. If you are pressed for time, you can just pull it back with clips. Have hairpins available as well as clips. There are even accessories that allow you put your hair up in less than 30 seconds. Use non-stick hairspray to secure fly-aways.

Get into the habit of taking a shower at night. It saves time in the morning. The Japanese do this to wash away the filth of the day. You can do it to save a few precious minutes in the morning. Then, all you have to do in the morning is give it a run-through with the brush if you do not want to put it up.

To finish up, use body spray or a little perfume. Make sure that you choose scents that are light and pleasing. You do not want to overpower anyone, and there are people who are allergic to some body scents and perfumes. This way you can smell fresh and professional.

This five-minute beauty regimen can do the trick. It will help you enhance your natural look. So, stop trying to redefine yourself every morning. Instead, use these simple tricks that highlight your strengths and conceal your weaknesses. You can look composed and professional and exude an air of confidence.

Is Your Business Making These Mistakes When Customers Contact You?

Is Your Business Making These Mistakes When Customers Contact You?

 by: Peter Geisheker

In this marketing article I would like to discuss the importance of presenting your business in a professional manner when customers and sales prospects contact you.

The first thing I want you to do is think to yourself, "If I were a customer contacting my business, what would I think of this business? Would I think this is a friendly and professional business with great service or would I think it was unprofessional and a bit of a joke?"

I ask you to go through this exercise because from my experience of working with clients on improving their sales and marketing programs, many businesses are presenting themselves in a very unprofessional manner and they are losing sales because of it.

Here are some guidelines for providing your customers and sales prospects with a professional experience when they contact you:

Unsure About LASIK? Alternatives to LASIK Surgery

 by: Nicola Kennedy

It?s true that LASIK is one of the most prevalent types of eye surgery. However, a few people are either not comfortable with, or not suitable for LASIK surgery due to inadequate thickness of the corneal tissue. There are several alternatives to LASIK surgery, each possessing certain characteristics that make it more appropriate in a particular situation. The procedures may be different, but the key intent is to correct the vision. The following are a few of the major alternatives to LASIK surgery.

LASEK (Laser-Assisted Sub-Epithelial Keratomiluesis) is a recent addition to the refractive surgery catalog. As noted above, the density of the corneal tissue is inadequate in some patients, and hence, LASIK is not a possible option for them.
